About Us

Our Mission

We recognize our obligations to the streams, landforms, and wildlife communities of the North Cariboo Region and commit to act in ways that ensure the diversity, resiliency, and health of the ecosystems of this region. We affirm the rights, titles, and responsibilities of ?Esdilagh First Nation, Lhoosk’uz Dene Nation, Lhtako Dene Nation, and Nazko First Nation over their unceded lands and waters and will work in ways that uphold the sovereignty of these Nations. Our work should not only benefit the lands, waters, and wildlife of the region, but should also support the communities that call this region home.
